Your server gets an assistant.
You get the controls.
Xertron answers in your channels when someone mentions it. From the dashboard you set how it talks, which roles can use it, and what it can spend.
Adding it is free, and it cannot spend past the monthly limit you set.
@Xertron when does the bracket lock?
Sunday at 20:00 UTC, per the schedule pinned in #announcements. Sign-ups close two hours before that, so get your roster in by 18:00.

What you set, and where
Every row here is a screen in the dashboard. That is the whole of it.
Overview
Turn web search, image generation, the pro model and thinking modes on or off. Eco mode holds the costly ones back when you want the bill to stay small.
Bot profile
Give the bot your server’s name, face and accent colour, and pick the persona it answers with by default.
Roles & limits
Split the monthly limit between your roles, and decide which of them get the premium features.
Welcome messages
Greet new members in the channel you pick, in the bot’s own voice. You read the greeting before Discord does.
Bot knowledge
Upload the files and facts your server keeps repeating, so the bot answers from them instead of guessing.
Connectors
Point a persona at the tools your community already uses, and it can call them mid-answer.
Usage & billing
Every request, what it cost, and whether it came out of the monthly limit or the top-up balance.
Permission health
Find the channels where Discord is quietly blocking the bot, before your members do.
It cannot spend past the line you draw
Give each role a slice of the monthly limit. When a slice runs out, that role waits for the next cycle and the rest of the server carries on.
Money committed to a request that is still running shows as reserved, so what is left is what you can still spend. If you need more before the cycle turns, add a top-up balance and it picks up where the monthly limit stops.
This month
Three roles, three slices of a $24.00 monthly limit.
Add it, then set the limits
Sign in with Discord and pick a server. The first screen shows what it can spend.
